Grants Guidelines

Our grant programs are designed to apply Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP’s resources to specific projects and programs that fit within areas of interest, and to enhance support of our communities.

Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP partners with organizations that have a tax-exempt classification under Sections 170(c) or 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. We do not provide assistance of any kind to organizations that advocate, support, or practice activities inconsistent with our non-discrimination policies, whether based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age or status as a protected veteran.

The vast majority of our activities are proactively initiated by Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP rather than the result of unsolicited proposals. We do not encourage unsolicited proposals.

Members of the firm must inform and receive approval from the Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP managing partnership when total annual contributions exceed $100,00 to an organization with which the firm member is or recently has been a salaried employee, a director or trustee, consultant or employed in an executive position, or is otherwise closely connected.

Please direct questions about this policy to Reginald Taylor.
