It is with great sadness that we announce that Caryl Boies, our partner and friend, has passed away. Caryl was the founding partner of the Firm's Ft. Lauderdale office and the daughter of our Chairman David Boies.

As reported in the Miami Herald, for Caryl, "no cause was hopeless, be it a class-action lawsuit against the federal government or a corporate giant - or her own cancer." Caryl was a true inspiration to her colleagues, family and friends - she will be greatly missed.
