Her most recent cases have included defense of a major accounting firm, representation of a hotel REIT in contract litigation, and representation of a design and fashion firm in litigation with a licensee. She also has extensive experience in environmental, products, insurance and mass tort litigation.
Ms. Baxter graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers Law School where she was named the Tischler Scholar as the graduating student with the highest grade point average and was named to the Order of the Coif. She was a senior editor on the Law Review.
Before joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner in 1999, she practiced with McCarter & English in New Jersey and Cummings & Lockwood in Connecticut.
