Ms. Blanchard graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1997, where she received her B.A. in International Business, Japanese Studies and Psychology. In 2000, she received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University. Prior to her graduation from law school, she worked as a law clerk and a summer associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.
