Since joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Hinds has worked on a wide variety of significant litigation, including securities matters, shareholder derivative suits, anti trust litigation and class actions. Ms. Hinds has represented clients on corporate governance matters, performed accounting reviews, large complex electronic and paper discovery collections, productions, and fraud investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hinds served in the public sector and held positions as both an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant District Attorney for the State of Florida.
