Since joining the firm, Ms. Mauser has represented Fortune 500 companies in antitrust matters in federal and state courts, both as defendants and plaintiffs, at the trial court and appellate levels. She has defended clients in Multidistrict Litigation Proceedings by direct purchasers, and related state court proceedings by indirect purchasers, alleging price-fixing and/or market allocation in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act. In addition, she has represented clients both asserting and defending against monopolization claims in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act. Ms. Mauser has also worked on matters involving breach of contract, Lanham Act, fraud and other tort claims.
In addition to her work on litigation matters, Ms. Mauser has performed internal investigations for clients on antitrust matters. She also regularly counsels clients on e-discovery and records management issues.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Mauser was a member of Crowell & Moring’s Litigation Group for almost ten years.
