Kimberly Schultz's main practice areas include complex litigation, class actions, antitrust and consumer fraud.

Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Ms. Schultz has represented plaintiffs in numerous antitrust class actions, including against two of the world's largest auction houses (resulting in a $512 million settlement), scrap metal dealers (resulting in a more than $10 million settlement and an $11.5 million jury verdict), brand name and generic drug manufacturers of terazosin hydrochloride (resulting in a $74.5 million settlement), a brand name drug manufacturer of buspirone (resulting in a $220 million settlement), and brand name and generic drug manufacturers of diltiazem CD (resulting in a $110 million settlement). Ms. Schultz has also represented plaintiffs in class actions against a global pharmaceutical company for violations of ERISA, RICO and state law claims (resulting in a $20 million settlement), a global telecommunications equipment manufacturer for violations of the federal securities laws (resulting in a $75 million settlement), and against a technology company for violations of the federal securities laws (resulting in a $6 million settlement).

Ms. Schultz is currently representing plaintiffs in several class actions against brand name and generic drug manufacturers for antitrust violations, as well as representing a large credit card network against several competitors for violations of the federal antitrust laws. She is also representing a global hospital bed manufacturer and casket manufacturer against plaintiffs in several class actions.

Ms. Schultz has also done pro bono work for the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project.

Ms. Schultz was a judicial extern for the Honorable James Halbach, Jr. of the 333rd District Court of Harris County, Texas.
