Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Deptula has represented clients in federal and state courts in all aspects of commercial litigation, including: antitrust, class actions, civil RICO, intellectual property and Native American law. Mr. Deptula currently defends an international casino gaming corporation against claims arising from its involvement in Native American gaming; he represents a cable corporation in its prosecution of separate actions commenced in bankruptcy court against its former officers and directors, as well as the corporation's former accounting firm; and he represents a major insurance company in a significant products liability action brought against manufacturers of washing machines and component parts. Mr. Deptula has represented an online music trading service in its litigation with major record labels, large public companies seeking to review and implement changes to their corporate governance structure, and a telecommunications corporation in an antitrust and tort dispute involving the provision of international telephone service.
