Jeffrey Shelly's main practice areas are complex commercial litigation and civil rights.

Prior to his association with Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Shelly was an associate at the law firm of Barrett Gravante Carpinello & Stern LLP, where he was engaged in numerous commercial litigation matters involving the energy, entertainment, pharmaceutical and securities industries.

Mr. Shelly served in the United States Army from 1972-1974 and was subsequently involved in the construction and agriculture industries. He also is a court-appointed mediator for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
