Robert Tietjen's main area of practice is complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Tietjen's litigation experience has included cases involving securities law, antitrust, criminal investigations and commercial real estate matters. Recently, Mr. Tietjen has been involved in the representation of independent pharmacists in a price discrimination case against major drug manufacturers as well as in the defense of a corporate executive against securities and fraud claims.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tietjen was a middle- and high-school English teacher in Albany, New York.
