Ms. Valle is experienced in the areas of: the organization and operation of business and non-profit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; tax planning; estate planning and administration; business and succession planning; and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2000, Ms. Valle was of counsel at the law firms of Barrett Gravante Carpinello & Stern LLP; Couch White LLP; and Kohn, Bookstein & Karp P.C. She also worked in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service. Ms. Valle is an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate College of Union University, where she is currently teaching a course on business law, and previously taught a course on the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and is also an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate Business School of the State University of New York at Albany, teaching a course on corporate taxation.
Ms. Valle authored a monthly column on estate planning for the Senior Source, a publication for senior citizens published by the Albany Times-Union, and most recently authored a column entitled “Changes to Publication Requirements in New York State,” that appeared in the New York Law Journal in June, 2006. Ms. Valle has lectured on estate planning and fiduciary income tax planning at seminars presented by the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Office for Aging.
