Motty Shulman's main practice areas include complex commercial litigation and litigation involving derivative securities and hedge funds.

Currently, Mr. Shulman represents the liquidators of a hedge fund in connection with litigation against Societe Generale and Credit Lyonnais arising out of the collapse of the Russian Ruble in August 1998. In addition, Mr. Shulman represents a major accounting firm in connection with litigation concerning its audit work for a former client. Previously, Mr. Shulman represented the world's leading provider of enterprise market information solutions in antitrust litigation.
