Robert J. Dwyer's main practice area involves large complex litigation.
Before joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in May 2001, Mr. Dwyer had been an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a founding partner of Davis, Markel, Dwyer & Edwards and a partner and member of the Executive Committee of Bryan Cave LLP. At those firms, his practice focused on large complex litigation.
From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Dwyer represented the State of Kuwait in the preparation and presentation of more than $100 billion of claims to the United Nations Compensation Commission ('UNCC') for damage resulting from the first Gulf War.
Mr. Dwyer's practice at the Firm continues to focus on large complex litigation for DuPont, Maurice R. Greenberg, and Starr International.
