Kieran Ringgenberg joined the firm's Oakland office on its founding in 2002. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and antitrust issues, particularly in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Mr. Ringgenberg’s experience includes:
  • Representing a semiconductor company in antitrust litigation against a rival regarding patent licensing and related practices;
  • Representing a technology firm in the health care industry in several litigations, including against securities fraud claims and with regard to a commercial dispute with a former strategic partner arising in that partner’s bankruptcy proceedings;
  • Representing a telecommunications firm with regard to antitrust approval of two major merger transactions;
  • Representing another telecommunications company with regard to antitrust issues with regard to a merger contested by government authorities;
  • Representing an international media company in a contract and intellectual property dispute with a strategic partner; and
  • Conducting an internal investigation regarding alleged labor corruption.
