Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP, Mr. Clifford was associated with the Washington, D.C. offices of Foley & Lardner where his practice included representing the Republican National Committee and Americans for Tax Reform before the United States Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. He has also represented clients in civil and criminal matters before the United States Department of Justice and other federal and state agencies and various state enforcement authorities.
With Boies, Schiller and Flexner, Mr. Clifford has worked on numerous plaintiffs’ class action cases involving allegations of price fixing in the high fructose corn syrup and scrap metal industries. Mr. Clifford has also represented a death row inmate in Texas on a pro bono basis.
Mr. Clifford interned for the Honorable Herbert F. Murray in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
