Paul Kunz's primary areas of practice are class actions and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Kunz has defended the firm’s clients in antitrust, securities, and other consumer class actions. In three recent cases, Mr. Kunz was part of the firm’s team that defeated certification of nationwide classes. Mr. Kunz has also represented the firm’s clients in a number of commercial and corporate control disputes.

Mr. Kunz received his B.S. from Barry University in 1995. In 1998, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
