Michael P. Favretto's primary practice areas are complex commercial litigation and antitrust.

Mr. Favretto’s recent matters include: the representation a large financial services company in an antitrust lawsuit brought against several of its competitors; the representation of several investment funds in connection with fraud claims brought on their behalf against financial institutions that syndicated commercial debt; and the representation of a Fortune 500 company in a breach of contract claim in the Southern District of New York and on appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
