Mr. Barry's practice has included representation of plaintiffs and defendants in significant antitrust and securities fraud litigation, including class actions, white collar criminal matters, including internal investigations, advising new companies on intellectual property matters, and successful Department of Justice approval of merger transactions.
Mr. Barry received his B.A. in International Relations from Pennsylvania State University in 1991 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He obtained with high honors a Masters degree in Philosphy from Fordham University in 1997. In 2002, Mr. Barry received his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley.
