Andrew Brenner's main practice areas are complex commercial litigation and product liability defense.

Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP, Mr. Brenner has represented clients in a wide range of matters.  Mr. Brenner has represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous contract and intellectual property cases.  He has also developed an expertise in the representation of defendants facing product liability and mass tort litigation.  In his career, Mr. Brenner has tried numerous jury trials and has argued appeals throughout the United States.
