Antonio Castro's main practice area is complex commercial litigation, including appeals and arbitration.

Mr. Castro has represented a foreign television corporation in prosecuting an action for trademark infringement and in litigation arising out of the alleged breach of a management contract, a commercial contractor in construction arbitration, a trust beneficiary in securities (NASD) arbitration, physicians in actions for breach of contract and violation of non-compete agreements, and beneficiaries in will and trust disputes. Mr. Castro has also handled numerous matters relating to forum non conveniens.

After graduating law school, Mr. Castro served as an Assistant Florida State Attorney, conducting over forty jury trials and teaching litigation skills to junior prosecutors.

Mr. Castro was recognized as one of Florida Trend’s 2006 “Florida Legal Elite” in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Castro is also AV™ rated by Martindale Hubble.
