Robert Mallow's main practice areas include commercial real estate, real estate finance, corporate finance, joint ventures, and general corporate law. Mr. Mallow has special expertise in complex commercial real estate and corporate finance transactions, with broad experience in multi-state transactions.

Mr. Mallow's experience has also provided him with expertise in a variety of corporate disciplines, as well as complex financing transactions involving multi-asset components of collateral. He has specialized skills in the following areas: limited liability company, partnership, and joint venture agreements; financing commitments and loan documentation (general corporate and real estate); construction contracts; commercial and industrial leases; international joint ventures; and asset-based lending. He has represented institutional lenders/investors and major real estate owners/developers.
