Mr. Rash has represented plaintiffs in the Citric Acid class action litigation and the High Fructose Corn Syrup class action litigation. He has represented Hank Aaron, the DeBartolo Companies, Equitable Life Assurance Company, Philip Morris USA in tobacco related litigation, Grupo Televisa, American Express and the State of Florida Department of Insurance, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Department of Transportation, and the City of Miami Beach.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Rash taught advanced chemistry, biology, physics and algebra and was certified by the State of Florida Department of Education. He holds a Merchant Marine Masters License from the United States Coast Guard.
Mr. Rash is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section, the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum and has served as a member of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Rash is an accredited lecturer to members of The Florida Bar and the insurance industry on "Insurance Bad Faith Claims in Florida" and has lectured for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America on "Preparing the Personal Injury Case for Trial." He has also been an accredited lecturer for the American Institute of Bankers on "Law and Banking”.
