Jeremy Goldman's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Goldman’s practice at the firm has included securities, contract, antitrust, fraud, and RICO cases.  He has argued in a variety of federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Goldman graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto in 1990, where he received his B.A. in political science and philosophy. He then completed graduate degrees in political theory, receiving his M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge in 1992 and his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1997.  Before attending law school, he was a Lecturer on Social Studies at Harvard University.
