Kelly Yuan's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Ms. Yuan was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where she specialized in securities and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Yuan graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 with a B.S. in Economics. In 1998, she graduated from the Columbia University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
