Richard Birns is a member of the firm's corporate practice group. Mr. Birns has a diverse corporate practice, concentrating in merger and acquisition, commercial banking and securities transactions. He has represented public and private acquirors and target companies, private equity firms and investment banks in a variety of domestic and international acquisition transactions, joint ventures, financing transactions, restructurings and other corporate matters.
