Mikal Condon's main practice area is complex commercial litigation, emphasizing antitrust and securities litigation.
Since joining the firm, her practice has included representation of clients in significant antitrust, securities, contract, and intellectual property litigations, government investigations, and in a successful effort to win Department of Justice antitrust approval for merger of major telecommunications firms. Among other things, Ms. Condon successfully argued a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction in internet tradename infringement case before the Ninth Circuit, after prevailing in argument before the District Court.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Condon worked as staff counsel at the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C., where she focused on First Amendment internet law.
