Matthew Baer's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.
Since joining the Firm, Mr. Baer has participated in the representation of a motorsports sanctioning body in an antitrust case in the Eastern District of Kentucky which is currently on appeal in the Sixth Circuit; a dozen hedge funds pursuing claims against two banks for their participation in Enron's financial statement fraud; and a private equity firm and several of its principals, against a court-appointed bankruptcy trustee.
