Alicia Gutiérrez's primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation and focuses mainly on antitrust.

Since joining the firm, she has participated in the representation of clients in a wide variety of antitrust matters on both the plaintiff and defense side.  Some of the antitrust matters that she has been involved in include representing a health care company in a lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission, representing a financial services company in a case seeking damages stemming from antitrust violations and defending an agricultural company in multiple state and federal class action suits.  Additionally, Ms. Gutierrez participated in the representation of a plaintiff in a successful breach of contract case that resulted in a significant award of damages.
