Mack McInnis's main practice area is complex commercial litigation. He has participated in various complex commercial litigation contexts, including a variety of claims relating to consumer fraud, contract, trademark disputes and intellectual property rights.

Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2003, Mr. McInnis was a partner with the law firm of Boies & McInnis LLP, where he practiced primarily in commercial, corporate and antitrust litigation.  Clients have included Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and System One (a computer reservations company).  While at Boies & McInnis LLP, his firm served as co-lead national counsel for approximately 3,700 independent retail pharmacies who are plaintiffs in a federal antitrust case pending against major drug manufacturers.  Significant settlements have already been secured in these cases, which assert claims under the Sherman Act and the Robinson-Patman Act. Mr. McInnis has actively participated in various class action suits brought against defendants including High Fructose Corn Syrup Producers and large managed care companies.

Mr. McInnis has provided pro bono services by way of mediation and dispute resolution for California Lawyers for the Arts, and continues to provide pro bono estate planning.
