Brian Baker's primary practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Baker has been actively engaged in defending a large telecommunications client against a federal class action and other private suits alleging securities fraud; representing a client in an arbitration proceeding concerning the disposition of foreign assets; and defending a major New York investment bank in a case arising out of its underwriting of municipal bonds. In addition, Mr. Baker is a member of the team that filed the first-ever antitrust class action uncovering the price-fixing cartel in the vitamin C industry in China.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Baker served as deputy press secretary to U.S. Senator Richard Shelby. He also served on Robert Dole’s presidential campaign staff and worked at the Republican National Committee and the U.S. Senate Majority Conference.
