Mr. Peoples served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter T. Fay, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he worked on a variety of issues including employment discrimination, and Fifth and Sixth Amendments violations. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Lawrence King, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner, Mr. Peoples was an associate with the New York City firm of Torys LLP, where he practiced general litigation.
Mr. Peoples graduated with Honors from New College of Florida in 1997 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Journal of Social Change (formerly The Hybrid).
