Timothy Karpoff's main practice areas include antitrust and securities fraud. He currently represents one of the largest sports leagues in the United States, as well as one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

Mr. Karpoff graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2005. While a student there, he represented indigent defendants, primarily juveniles, for the University's Criminal and Juvenile Justice Project. During law school, Mr. Karpoff also worked for the Kerry-Edwards Campaign's Voter Protection Legal Staff in Wisconsin during the 2004 election cycle.

Before entering law school, Mr. Karpoff was a teacher at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Ct. There he taught calculus and constitutional law, and coached football and track.

Mr. Karpoff graduated cum laude, and with honors, from Williams College in 2001, majoring in English, Mathematics, and Political Science. He also attended Oxford University from 1999-2000. Mr. Karpoff was all-New England in cross-country and track and field while in college. He has Top Secret/SCI clearance.
