Melissa Kho's main practice area is complex civil litigation.

At Boies, Schiller & Flexner, Ms. Kho has worked on a variety of matters, including a litigation concerning the non-payment of a finder's fee earned in connection with the acquisition of a preeminent NFL franchise; an antitrust class action litigation concerning anticompetitive practices in the modeling business; a breach of contract litigation involving a multinational insurance company and its affiliates; and a citizens suit brought in conjunction with four state attorney generals seeking remand of a U.S. Department of Agriculture rule for violation of the National Environmental Policy Act and the Plant Protection Act.

Prior to law school, Ms. Kho was an assistant account executive at a healthcare advertising agency.
