Tricia Bloomer's main practice area is complex commercial litigation with emphasis in securities and class actions.

Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Ms. Bloomer has represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters involving securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, government investigations, and antitrust claims in proceedings in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the New York State Court of Appeals, as well as various federal and state trial courts across the country.

While at Harvard Law School, Ms. Bloomer was a co-recipient of the prestigious Sear’s Prize based on her superior academic record during her 1L year. Following law school, Ms. Bloomer was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, Massachusetts for three years before joining Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP.
