Vincent Consul's main practice areas are State and Federal Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense Law, Insurance Law, Personal Injury Law, and Probate Law. From 1980 until 1983, Mr. Consul served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. From 1983 until 1985, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division for the District of Nevada.

Mr. Consul entered private practice in 1985. From 1989 to 2005, he was a partner in the Las Vegas firm of Dickerson, Dickerson, Consul and Pocker. His litigation experience has included jury trials in both the state and federal courts and arguing appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Mr. Consul is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and has served on its Board of Governors since 1997. He served as President of the State Bar of Nevada for 2005-2006. He is also active in the Eighth Judicial District Pro Bono Foundation, having served as a member of the Board of Directors from 1997-2005.
