Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner in 2005, Mr. Lal was a shareholder in the law firm of Dickerson, Dickerson, Consul & Pocker.
Mr. Lal concentrates his practice on commercial transactions and business advisory work. Mr. Lal's practice includes representing clients in acquisition, financing, investment and restructuring transactions, and advising and assisting clients in the formation and structuring of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures.
Mr. Lal received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986 from San Francisco State University and a Juris Doctor degree in 1989 from the Arizona State University College of Law.
Mr. Lal has been admitted to practice law in Nevada since 1989 and in Minnesota since 1993. He is a member of the Business Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
