Ivan Mitev's main practice is in the area of partnership and international transactional taxation.   Before emigrating to the United States, Mr. Mitev received a law degree with honors from the Technical University of Varna.  Thereafter, Mr. Mitev obtained a J.D. and a Tax LL.M degree from the University of Miami.  At Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Mitev has worked on various multi-million dollar transactions and the corresponding more-likely-than-not tax opinions and tax planning strategies.
