Lauren A. Salvati

Lauren Salvati is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group. Her main practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate advice to publicly and privately held corporations, including clients in the media and entertainment sectors.

In 2007, Ms. Salvati graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Ms. Salvati focused her studies on negotiation theory and techniques, as part of which she conducted a conflict assessment for the United Nations Compensation Commission's Remedial Follow-Up Program. Ms. Salvati graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 2004 with a B.A. in English and a double minor in psychology and Italian.
