Currently, Mr. LaValley represents one of the world's largest chemical manufacturing firms in connection with a federal criminal probe relating to certain of that firm's products and related statements. Past representations include a major manufacturer of aeronautical components, in an international contract dispute; and an NFL team, in a dispute over access to public communications networks -- all of which culminated in successful outcomes for the firm's clients.
