Ms. McKay graduated cum laude from Scripps College in 1998, where she received her B.A. in Anthropology. In 2003, Ms. McKay graduated cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal (COMM/ENT) from 2002 to 2003. In the spring of 2003, Ms. McKay served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
