Jennifer Milici joined Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2005, after completing a clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Ms. Milici's practice focuses on class action litigation and complex business disputes.  Her recent litigation experience includes:

  • Represented plaintiffs in an antitrust class action against scrap metal dealers which resulted in a $34.5 million judgment for the class. In re Scrap Metal Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Ohio)
  • Representing putative direct and indirect purchaser classes in action against Chinese manufacturers of vitamin C alleging a conspiracy to fix prices and limit the supply of vitamin C. In re Vitamin C Antitrust Litigation (E.D.N.Y.)
  • Representing a putative class of municipalities in an action against banks and brokers alleging a conspiracy to rig bids and fix prices in the municipal derivatives market. In re Municipal Derivatives Antitrust Litigation (S.D.N.Y.)
  • Representing direct purchasers of magnesite and refractory grade bauxite in antitrust actions against Chinese producers and suppliers. Resco Products, Inc. v. Nanchuan Minerals Group et al (W.D. Pa.); Animal Science Products, Inc. v. China National Metals & Minerals Import & Export Corporation et al (D.N.J.)
  • Represented a class of residential borrowers in an action against a bank alleging breach of contract, fraud, and violations of the Truth in Lending Act. ($14 million settlement for the class). Hamilton v. Ohio Savings Bank, (Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, Ohio)
