Scott Bassinson's main practice area is civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bassinson served as Assistant Attorney General/Senior Investigative Counsel in the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New York. In that capacity, he served as lead counsel for a coalition of states in federal and state environmental and energy litigation. Prior to his government service, Mr. Bassinson was a partner in the litigation department of the law firm Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna.
