Anne Nardacci focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, and in particular antitrust litigation.
Ms. Nardacci has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state antitrust actions, including class actions and multidistrict litigations. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has litigated antitrust actions involving a number of industries, including several high tech industries and the art industry, among others. In addition, she has experience litigating a range of other commercial disputes, including securities, breach of contract and fraud actions.
In the area of antitrust counseling, Ms. Nardacci regularly advises clients on antitrust compliance issues. She also represents companies undergoing investigations by federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies.
In 2012, Ms. Nardacci was appointed to the Governor’s Judicial Screening Committee for the New York State Third Department. She is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nardacci was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she was a member of the Antitrust Department. While in law school, she interned at the Litigation Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
