Ms. Nardacci has litigated cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts throughout the country. Most recently, she has participated in antitrust cases involving allegations of price fixing, group boycott, and other restraints of trade. In addition, Ms. Nardacci has experience representing clients in False Claims Act litigation, as well as commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and other commercial claims.
In the area of antitrust counseling, Ms. Nardacci has advised clients on a wide range of antitrust compliance issues. She has also represented companies undergoing investigations by federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies. In addition, Ms. Nardacci has experience representing clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nardacci was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she was a member of the Antitrust Department.
