While at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Bryan has participated in the representation of a technology company involved in a high profile lawsuit over the rights to Unix source code. Additionally, Mr. Bryan has participated in the defense of direct and indirect purchaser class actions brought under federal and state antitrust laws.
Mr. Bryan graduated from Yale University in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science and an interdisciplinary concentration in American government. While at Yale, Mr. Bryan was also a four-year letterman in baseball. In 2003, Mr. Bryan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he served on the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team and the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
