Brad Smith's main practice areas include corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and business advisory work.

Mr. Smith graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University in 2001 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and was a member of the University Honors Program. In 2004, Mr. Smith graduated Hofstra University School of Law with a Concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law. Mr. Smith was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Business and Law as well as Co-President of the Hofstra Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
