Bridget Brown's primary practice areas are complex commercial litigation and antitrust.
Since joining the Firm, Ms. Brown has participated in the representation of several investment banks, an insurance company, and other commercial entities in diverse litigation and regulatory matters involving antitrust violations, securities fraud and other fraud allegations, shareholder derivative suits, credit derivative and accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contract disputes.
