Scott R. Wilson's primary practice area is complex commercial litigation.  

Since joining the Firm, Mr. Wilson has participated in the representation of a major accounting firm in connection with litigation concerning its audit work for a former client; a former CEO of a prominent insurance company in connection with civil litigation filed against him by the New York Attorney General; and a dozen hedge funds pursuing claims against two banks for their participation in Enron's financial statement fraud.

Mr. Wilson graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in 2004 and received a J.D. in 2007 from Columbia Law School.  Mr. Wilson also holds a Master's degree in private international law from the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris.
