Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Ms. Ryan's practice has focused on complex commercial litigation including defending the former CEO of a major multinational insurance company against claims of securities fraud, pursuing antitrust claims against numerous Chinese companies regarding the sale and distribution of magnesium-related products, and pursuing False Claims Act actions against companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
In addition, Ms. Ryan serves on the New York State Bar Association's Committee for Women in the Law and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Essex County, New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ryan was an Associate in the litigation departments of Day Pitney LLP (formerly Pitney Hardin LLP) in Florham Park, NJ and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae, LLP in New York, NY.
