Ms. Louis' recent significant representations include representing the former owners of an information management and services company in arbitration proceedings to recover a multi-million dollar escrow fund; representing a class of former employees in an action to recover unpaid wages against Countrywide Financial Corp; and securing declaratory judgment at summary judgment on behalf of FPL Energy in a substantial contract dispute.
