Lauren Fleischer Louis’ current practice involves complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property disputes, antitrust violations, civil rights enforcement, products liability defense, class actions (defense and prosecution), and fraudulent transfer (receivership defense) claims. Lauren has been involved in several disputes involving employer/employee disputes, including defending an employer in against trade secret violations and the computer fraud act, as well as other post-employment disputes.  Lauren was part of the trial team that represented the plaintiff class in Florida Pediatric Society, et al. v. Dudek, et al., in which the firm appeared pro bono.  Most recently Lauren has participated in the representation of a major international law firm in multiple matters.

From November 2001 until July 2006, Lauren served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, where she tried more than 25 jury trials, wrote approximately 30 briefs, and appeared twice to argue before the Eleventh Circuit.
