Lauren Fleischer's main practice areas include commercial litigation and federal criminal litigation.

Following her clerkship, Ms. Fleischer joined the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, where she served as a prosecutor in both the Appellate Division and the Major Crimes Section until joining this firm. During her tenure there, Ms. Fleischer tried over twenty-five jury trials and had two arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
