Amy Walker Wagner's main practice areas are complex commercial, antitrust, and False Claims Act litigation.

Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2006, Ms. Wagner has been actively engaged in representing whistleblowers in multiple False Claims Act litigations; representing a global insurance firm in a Multi-District Litigation; pursuing RICO claims against numerous criminal defendants in a complex, multi-year fraud action on behalf of a mortgage lender; and defending a multinational corporation against securities fraud claims brought by a state pension plan. In addition, Ms. Wagner has assisted in the counseling of clients on complex matters dealing with contractual, constitutional, legislative, and white-collar criminal issues.

Ms. Wagner is a Barrister in the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court, which focuses on federal practice and intellectual property.
